China Yangtze Power Logs 2.8% Rise in Q2 Power Output

China Yangtze Power (SHA:600900) logged total power output of 70.9 billion kilowatt-hours in the second quarter, up 2.8% year over year, according to a Monday filing with the Shanghai bourse.

Power output at the Three Gorges power station jumped 48% year over year to 28.7 billion kWh, while the Gezhouba hydropower station rose 15% to 5.38 billion kWh.
