China Isotope & Radiation (HKG:1763) agreed to form a joint venture with its associate CNNC CIAE Technology focused on accelerator equipment, according to a Friday filing with the Hong Kong bourse.
The venture will be called CNNC Fuyuan (Beijing) Technology and have a registered capital of 10 million yuan.
China Isotope will contribute 60% of the venture's registered capital, with the rest coming from CNNC CIAE Technology.
China Isotope said the venture will help its expansion into the upstream industrial chain.
