Market Chatter: SEA Holdings Eyes Sale of London Building Leased to Bank of England

MT Newswires Live07-08 17:51

SEA Holdings (HKG:0251) is looking to sell 20 Moorgate, a building leased to the Bank of England in London until 2028, the Financial Post reported, citing people with knowledge of the process.

SEA hired CBRE Group as a broker to market the property after discussions earlier this year to sell the building to Lincoln Property in a 115 million pound sterling deal fell through, the people said.

The property company did not immediately respond to MT Newswires' request for a comment.
