Credit: Xpeng\n\n\nXpeng is planning an A-segment SUV and a station wagon for the Mona lineup, codenamed D11 and D11T respectively.\nThe Mona lineup carries Xpeng's volume-selling mission, with the M03 accounting for nearly 40% of the company's deliveries in the first five months of this year.\n\n\nXpeng (NYSE: XPEV) is planning two all-new models for its low-price Mona product line, further expanding the range that shoulders the company's volume-selling mission.\nChinese media 21jingji reported on Wednesday, citing multiple people familiar with the matter, that Xpeng is planning two more cars under the Mona lineup.\nOne is an A-segment sport utility vehicle (SUV) roughly 4.4 meters long, codenamed D11; the other is a station wagon, codenamed D11T, with the T standing for Travel.\n\n\nJoin us on \nTelegram\n or \nGoogle News\n\n\nTogether with the already-launched M03 sedan, the L03 set to formally go on sale on July 16, and the planned L05, the Mona lineup will have no fewer than five products in total.\nThe D11 will be priced at around 100,000 yuan ($14,700). Prices for the D11, M03 and L03 may rise in that order, but with small gaps between them, 21jingji reported, citing a person familiar with the matter.\nNotably, the D11, also an SUV, is only 0.2 meters shorter than the L03. How to differentiate the D11 from the M03 and L03 may be an issue Xpeng needs to address, the report noted.\nThe upcoming L05 is a five-seat SUV measuring 4.8 meters long and will be the highest-priced model in the Mona lineup, mainly targeting young families of \"post-95s who have just had children,\" according to the report.\nThe D11T may be Xpeng's first attempt at a station wagon -- also called a shooting brake.
