Ashford Hospitality Trust (AHT) has completed the sale of the 357-room Marriott (MAR) Fremont Silicon Valley in Fremont, California, for approximately $53.0 million in cash to SRE Acquisitions, the company said Wednesday.
The company also paid around $43.5 million to the mortgage lender, according to a regulatory filing.
