Stocks to Watch Recap: Walmart, Strategy, Easyjet, Micron

Walmart $(WMT)$: The retailer's shares were slightly lower afterhours following a post by President Trump saying Walmart was lowering prices "by a lot," including a nearly 15% cut on ground beef.

easyJet (UK:EZJ): The budget U.K. airline agreed in principle to a takeover offer by U.S. investment firm Castlelake, in a deal that could exceed $7 billion. Shares jumped 9.3% in London.

TeraWulf $(WULF)$: The crypto miner and Claude maker Anthropic signed a 20-year, $19 billion lease for an AI infrastructure campus. TeraWulf were up nearly 4.9%; those in peers like CoreWeave (CRWV) and Iren $(IREN)$ also jumped.

Strategy (MSTR): Shares in Michael Saylor's bitcoin-hoarding closed flat, after it said it sold $216 million of bitcoin to cover dividends on its preferred stock. Bitcoin prices rose 1.5%.

Intel $(INTC)$, Micron Technology $(MU)$: Stocks tied to the AI trade climbed, pushing the Nasdaq composite higher.

Dell Technologies $(DELL)$: The technology company whose founder, Michael Dell, was a key proponent of Trump Accounts for kids, saw shares rise 4.4% after the president praised Dell and told Americans to "go out and buy a Dell computer."

AXT $(AXTI)$: Shares of the semiconductor company jumped about 12% after it signed a three-year supply agreement with technology firm Coherent Corp.

Comcast $(CMCSA)$, ITV (UK:ITV): Comcast's Sky is buying U.K. broadcaster ITV's TV business for about $2 billion. Comcast shares were down 1.7%, while ITV's edged higher 0.1%.
