Cuprina (CUPR) filed Tuesday a registration statement for a proposed underwritten public offering of its class A ordinary shares.
The company has yet to price the offering and plans to use the net proceeds for expansion related to its collaborations with Ferti-Craft and Zhejiang Heliang, as well as for research and development, marketing and promotion, working capital, and general corporate purposes, according to a filing with the US Securities and Exchange Commission.
Shares of Cuprina were down 2.5% in Tuesday trading.
