Major digital assets were mixed Monday, with Bitcoin (BTC-USD) topping the $63,000 level.
The CoinDesk Market Index, which tracks dozens of digital assets including Bitcoin, rose 0.8% in the past 24 hours. The Nasdaq 100 added 1.6%, the S&P 500 rose 0.8%, and the Dow Jones Industrial Average increased 0.2%.
Bitcoin increased 1.6% to $63,708, according to CoinMarketCap data. The most popular cryptocurrency's 24-hour trading volume rose 134% to $37.14 billion.
Ethereum (ETH-USD), the second-largest digital asset by market value, climbed 0.9% to $1,794.
XRP (XRP-USD) gained 1.2%, BNB (BNB-USD) fell 0.6%, and Solana (SOL-USD) rose 1.3%. Dogecoin (DOGE-USD) declined 0.4%, while Cardano (ADA-USD) decreased 2.5%.
The US 10-year Treasury yield stood at 4.479% at 3 p.m. ET Monday, up from 4.4% Thursday, while the five-year yield rose to 4.338% from 4.232%.
The total market value of the cryptocurrency industry rose 1.2% in the past 24 hours to $2.2 trillion, with trading volume gaining 77% to $86.96 billion.
