Centrus Energy (LEU) will join the S&P SmallCap 600 Index, effective before the opening of trading on July 14, the nuclear fuel supplier said Tuesday.
Centrus said the inclusion marks an important milestone for it.
The move follows the company's signing of a contract last week to finalize the terms of the $900 million task order it received earlier this year from the US Department of Energy.
