Grace Fabric Technology (SHA:603256) said shareholders Sharp Tone and Unicorn Ace reduced their combined holdings by 0.97% between July 2 and July 3.
Sharp Tone sold 6.4 million shares via centralized bidding, while Unicorn Ace disposed of 2.3 million shares through block trading, according to a weekend filing with the Shanghai bourse.
The move reduced the combined shareholding of Sharp Tone, Unicorn Ace and their concerted parties to 80.73% from 81.70%.
