Wave Life Sciences (WVE) said Tuesday that the High Court of Singapore will hold a hearing on July 14 to consider approval of the company's proposed redomiciliation to the US through a scheme of arrangement.
The company previously obtained the requisite shareholder approval for the proposed redomiciliation, and the scheme remains subject to the court's approval, it said.
