Aptera Motors (SEV) received a Certificate of Conformity from the US Environmental Protection Agency for its 2026 Aptera Launch Edition solar-powered vehicle, the company said Tuesday.
The June 18 certification marks a federal emissions compliance milestone as Aptera works to meet requirements to commercialize its vehicles, the company said.
