Standard Nuclear said Tuesday it has launched a roadshow for its proposed initial public offering of 18.3 million Class A common shares, expected to be priced between $18 and $21 apiece.
The company said it expects to grant the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 2.7 million shares at the IPO price.
Standard Nuclear said it has applied to list its shares on the New York Stock Exchange under the "STDN" ticker symbol.
