Vera Therapeutics (VERA) priced its newly approved Trutakna at about $425,000 annually, above Wedbush's expectations, as the drug is expected to become available within three to four weeks, the brokerage said in a note Wednesday.
Wedbush also said the pricing "appears to be a premium" to Otsuka's Voyxact.
"Where we have more concern is on the commercialization activities and how Trutakna will be positioned versus other monthly APRIL-targeted therapies," the brokerage said.
Wedbush maintained its neutral rating and raised its price target to $43 from $35.
