Freecast Shares Fall on $23.7 Million Private Placement Pricing

FreeCast shares fell after the next-generation media and technology platform said it priced a $23.7 million private placement of common stock.

Shares were recently down 9.7% at $3.16 in late Wednesday morning trading. The stock is down 22% over the past three months.

The company said the financing was placed with new institutional investors and existing long-term investors. Proceeds are expected to support growth, platform development and strategic initiatives as FreeCast expands within the media and technology market.
