Viomi Technology (VIOT) filed a shelf registration statement with US regulators on Thursday for the potential sale of up to $100 million in securities, to be offered from time to time.
The filing covers Class A ordinary shares, preferred shares, warrants, subscription rights and units.
The company said it intends to use the net proceeds for purposes outlined in the applicable prospectus supplement.
Viomi shares were up less than 1% in recent Thursday trading.
