United Natural Foods Appoints Alfredo Luchini as CFO; Matteo Tarditi to Become President, COO

United Natural Foods (UNFI) said Thursday it has appointed Alfredo Luchini as the company's chief financial officer, effective Aug. 10.

Luchini succeeds Matteo Tarditi, who will move to the role of president and chief operating officer, effective Aug. 3, according to the company.

Luchini previously served as vice president of finance and chief financial officer for Carrier Climate Solutions Americas, a business segment of Carrier Global (CARR), United Natural Foods said.

The company further said Louis Martin will serve as chief commercial officer, while Mark Bushway will leave his role as chief supply chain officer on Jan. 1, 2027.

Shares of the company were up 1.5% in Thursday premarket trading.
