Fermi launched a $350 million offering of convertible senior notes due 2031. Shares slid 16% to $6.14 in after-hours trading on Thursday.

WD-40's profit and sales rose in the third quarter, boosted by higher global sales of its flagship product. The stock was up 15% to $275.00 after the bell.

EquipmentShare.com authorized a $500 million share repurchase program and lifted its outlook for the year. The stock rose 7.5% to $17.20.

Brookdale Senior Living reported an 82.5% occupancy rate for the month of June and an 82.4% occupancy rate for the full second quarter. Shares fell 6.5% to $14.28.
