Eos Energy Enterprises (EOSE) has appointed Marie Batz Martin as chief legal officer, effective Monday, the company said late Thursday.
Martin most recently served as global vice president and chief compliance officer at Coherent (COHR), Eos said.
The company also said it has appointed Haiyan Song to its board as an independent director.
Song most recently served as executive vice president of NetApp's (NTAP) CloudOps business, the company added.
