Cyprium Metals Identifies Copper Mineralization at Nifty Copper Complex in Western Australia

Cyprium Metals (ASX:CYM) said it identified copper mineralization during recent drilling at its Nifty Copper Complex in Western Australia, according to a Thursday Australian bourse filing.

The results were up to 9 meters at 1% copper from surface, including 4 meters at 1.8% copper from 2 meters.

The company said metallurgical test work will be conducted to understand the mineralization and leaching performance of copper in the waste dump, with further drilling required to fully define and infill the extent of the main mineralized zone.

Oxide copper intersections identified in step-out scout drilling require follow-up testing to define the extent of mineralization within the broader waste dump, it added.
