Levi Strauss & Co. reported higher sales in the second quarter and lifted its fiscal-year outlook, but its new guidance failed to meet investor expectations. Shares fell 6%, to $22.90, after the bell Wednesday.
Republic Power Group said it was back in compliance with Nasdaq's minimum bid price requirement. The stock surged 26%, to $2.25, in after-hours trading.
AZZ lifted its full-year outlook for revenue and earnings per share. Shares rose 8.6%, to $155.98.
Ampco-Pittsburgh said its customer order activity was up 32% during the first half of the year. The stock gained 15%, to $8.22.
