Befar Group (SHA:601678, HKG:6745) set the offer price for its Hong Kong initial public offering at HK$3.48 per share on Wednesday, according to a Hong Kong bourse filing on the same day.
The chemical company will announce the subscription levels and allocation results on Thursday.
Trading in the H-shares is scheduled to begin on Friday, July 10.
