nCino$(NCNO)$ HMI Capital Management lowered its stake in the artificial-intelligence and cloud banking software company to 4,990,713 shares. HMI Capital Management did so through the sale of 885,000 nCino shares from June 24 through June 26 at per-share prices ranging from $14.67 to $15.72.

Following the latest sales, HMI Capital Management continues to own a 4.6% stake in nCino's outstanding stock, placing it below the 5.0% threshold that would require it to report further purchases or sales. Shares of nCino have lost roughly 31% since the beginning of this year.

Oruka Therapeutics(ORKA) Fairmount Funds Management lowered its stake in the clinical-stage antibody therapeutics developer to 14,572,917 shares. Fairmount did so through the sale of 3,553,410 Oruka Therapeutics shares in a block trade on July 1 at a price of $84.43 per share. El Pollo Loco Holdings(LOCO) Biglari Capital lowered its stake in the chicken-focused fast-food chain to 4,124,701 shares.
