Raffles Education (SGX:NR7) issued and allotted nearly 1.6 million conversion shares to bondholders at SG$0.065 per ordinary share, following the conversion of convertible bonds worth SG$101,170, according to a Wednesday filing with the Singapore Exchange.
The shares were listed and quoted on the Mainboard of the SGX-ST on July 9, with trading commencing on the same day.
