Accenture's Google Cloud AI Partnership Expands Midmarket Opportunity, UBS Says

MT Newswires Live00:41

Accenture's (ACN) partnership with Google (GOOG) Cloud to launch prebuilt AI solutions for midmarket customers expands its addressable market as enterprise AI adoption shifts from pilots to production, UBS said in a note.

UBS said the offering helps customers "move from AI pilots to production more quickly" using packaged solutions, adding that it is "additional evidence that AI deployment is moving beyond experimentation toward scaled enterprise adoption."

The partnership should drive demand for consulting, cloud migration, data modernization and managed services, the analysts said.

UBS also noted that cybersecurity is one of Accenture's "most attractive growth vectors," adding that the business has grown to $10 billion in annual revenue and that acquisitions of Dragos, runZero and NetRise expand its operational technology security market.

UBS maintained its buy rating and $275 price target on Accenture.
