Carter's Fiscal Q2 Fundamentals 'Generally Solid', UBS Says

Carter's (CRI) fundamentals in fiscal Q2 were "generally solid," and the company's results will likely meet investor expectations, UBS analysts said in a Wednesday note.

The company is scheduled to report its fiscal Q2 financial results on July 25.

Analysts do not expect Carter's to change its guidance for fiscal 2026.

UBS said that since the company's CEO, Sharon Price John, only joined recently, investors assume the company will not want to provide an aggressive guidance.

Analysts said that industry web traffic and UBS Evidence Lab's Google search monitor point to strong digital engagement for the company in the quarter.

UBS has a neutral rating on the stock and a $41 price target.
