Yangtze Optical Fibre and Cable (SHA:601869) forecasted first-half attributable net profit of between 2.40 billion yuan and 3.00 billion yuan, compared with 296 million yuan the previous year.
The 711% to 914% jump is attributed to rising global demand for advanced optical fiber products amid rapid data center construction for computing power, according to a Tuesday filing with the Shanghai bourse.
