Runway Growth Finance (RWAY) investment adviser Runway Growth Capital said Tuesday Carmela Thomson succeeded Thomas Raterman as chief financial officer on June 30.
Thomson previously served as the company's senior vice president of finance and accounting after joining the organization in 2021, the company said.
Raterman transitioned from his combined roles as finance chief and chief operating officer to become vice chairman, Runway Growth Capital said.
Shares of Runway Growth Finance were up 2.5% in Tuesday premarket trading.
