Expedia Group (EXPE) has entered into a 12-month strategic partnership with Allegiant Travel (ALGT) covering the carrier's nonstop network of 566 routes across 124 US cities, the two companies said Tuesday.
With the partnership, Expedia now offers 100% coverage of US commercial passenger airlines, according to a statement.
The exclusive agreement makes Expedia the first authorized online travel agency to distribute Allegiant flights, the statement said.
Financial terms of the partnership were not provided.
