BNB Plus Receives Nasdaq Delisting Notice, Plans OTC Listing

MT Newswires Live07-13

BNB Plus (BNBX) said Monday that it has received a Nasdaq delisting notice due its failure to comply with the $1 minimum bid price requirement and that its shares will be suspended by Nasdaq as of Tuesday.

BNB Plus said it expects its shares to start trading on the OTCQB Venture Market on Tuesday, under its existing ticker symbol of "BNBX."

The company said it will appeal Nasdaq's delisting decision but the appeal will not delay the delisting.

BNB Plus shares were down 52% in Monday trading.
