Halcyon Agri's (SGX:5VJ) Chief Executive Officer and Executive Director, Sun Weiliang, stepped down from both roles, effective July 13, according to a same-day filing with the Singapore Exchange.
Weiliang will be reassigned to other roles within China Hainan Rubber Industry Group, the company's substantial shareholder.
