Gamehaus Gets Nasdaq Notice Over Sub-$1 Share Price

MT Newswires Live07-13

Gamehaus (GMHS) received a Nasdaq notice after its Class A shares traded below the $1 minimum bid price for 30 consecutive business days, the company said Monday.

The company has 180 calendar days, until Jan. 6, to regain compliance by maintaining a closing bid price of at least $1 for 10 consecutive business days, it said.

If it fails to meet the requirement, Gamehaus may qualify for an additional 180-day compliance period, subject to meeting other Nasdaq listing standards, it added.

The company said the notice has no immediate impact on the listing or trading of its shares and does not affect business operations. It added that it is evaluating options to regain compliance.
