Accenture Raises Around $5 Billion via Multiple Notes Offerings

Accenture (ACN) subsidiary Accenture Capital closed Friday the sale of five tranches of notes totaling approximately $5 billion, Accenture said in a Form 8-K filing on Monday.

The offering comprised $300 million of floating rate notes due 2029, $1 billion of 4.75% senior notes due 2029, $1.5 billion of 5% senior notes due 2031, $1.1 billion of 5.3% senior notes due 2033, and $1.1 billion of 5.6% senior notes due 2036, the company said.

The notes are fully and unconditionally guaranteed by Accenture, it said.

Estimated net proceeds from the offering were approximately $4.98 billion, Accenture said.

Shares of Accenture were up more than 1% in Monday pre-bell activity.
