Bina Darulaman, Energise Dissolve Green Energy Joint Venture

Bina Darulaman (KLSE:BDB) and Energise have decided to dissolve and exit their joint venture for green energy business, according to a Monday filing with the Malaysian bourse.

In June 2025, both companies agreed to establish a joint venture to operate and manage a green energy business, including the manufacture of organic biomass pellets, the production and sale of bioenergy products, and the cultivation of agricultural products to supply the raw material required for organic biomass.

The joint venture company BDB Energise, till its dissolution, had not begun operations nor secured any business.

The dissolution is not expected to have any significant effect on Bina Darulaman's financials, the filing said.
