Monash IVF Group Acknowledges ASX Listing Rule Breach

MT Newswires Live07-13

Monash IVF Group (ASX:MVF) said it inadvertently failed to notify the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX) at least five business days before 80,410 ordinary shares were released from voluntary escrow on Oct. 31, 2024, as required under the ASX listing rules, according to an Australian bourse filing on July 10 after market hours.

The company attributed the omission to an administrative oversight, saying no new shares were issued, and the release complied with the applicable escrow arrangements, per the filing.

The company added that it will update its escrow register, automate reminders, introduce regular reviews, and update procedures to ensure future escrow releases comply with ASX notification requirements.
