Nayax (NYAX) said Tuesday it has completed remediation efforts following a cybersecurity incident and confirmed its systems are free of unauthorized access.
The company said its production environment and core systems were not affected, business operations continue normally, and customer funds were not compromised.
Nayax said its investigation found that the stolen data included backup copies of scanned documents, business information, and payment transaction records, but not sensitive payment authentication data such as cardholder names or CVV codes.
The company said its board decided not to comply with extortion demands and does not currently expect the incident to have a material impact on its financial condition or operating results.
