Huatai Securities' (SHA:601688, HKG:6886) unit, Huatai International Finance, issued medium-term bonds worth $50 million, according to a Shanghai bourse filing on Wednesday.
The issuance is part of Huatai International Finance's $3 billion medium-term bond program that was launched in 2020.
The amount for the current issuance is guaranteed by another subsidiary of the securities company, Huatai International Financial Holdings.
