LS Electric (KRX:010120) and Frankfurt-listed Infineon Technologies agreed to collaborate on direct current power infrastructure for AI data centers and modern power grids, according to a statement on Monday.
The memorandum of understanding will combine Infineon's semiconductor expertise with LS Electric's system integration strengths to develop key technologies, including solid-state transformers and solid-state circuit breakers. It will focus on power conversion systems for energy storage.
