Taiwan's Ministry of Justice Investigation Bureau sent personnel to Universal Textile (TPE:1445) to request documents as part of an investigation, according to a Tuesday filing with the Taiwan Exchange.
The company said it fully cooperated by providing all relevant documents.
Universal Textile added that its operations remain normal and that the incident has no material impact on its financial condition or business operations.
No other details were disclosed in the filing.
