Trilogy Metals (TMQ) said Thursday its Arctic Project permitting schedule has been published on the Federal Permitting Dashboard, targeting a record of decision by September 2028.
The company said the US Army Corps of Engineers will lead the environmental review, while Alaska state permitting milestones have been incorporated into the FAST-41 schedule.
Trilogy said the timeline includes a September 2026 notice of intent for an environmental impact statement and an October 2027 target for the draft environmental impact statement.
