CapitaLand Ascendas REIT (SGX:A17U) is selling Kim Chuan Telecommunications Complex for SG$200.4 million.
The 10-storey industrial complex at 38 Kim Chuan Road in Singapore is being sold to a third party, according to a Wednesday release by the REIT.
The company will use proceeds for financing committed investments, repaying debt, extending loans to units, general corporate and working capital needs, and distributions to shareholders.
The sale is expected to be completed in the second half of 2026.
