(NYSE: ACI) (the "Company") today announced its Board of Directors has declared a cash dividend for the second quarter of fiscal 2026 of $0.17 per share of common stock. The cash dividend is payable on Aug. 7, 2026, to stockholders of record as of the close of business on July 24, 2026.
