Gold Circuit Electronics (TPE:2368) unit Suzhou Gold Circuit Electronics will acquire land and buildings in China's Suzhou New District from Maintek Computer (Suzhou) for 170 million yuan.
The transaction covers 53,749.2 square meters of land and 60,103.01 square meters of buildings, according to a Wednesday Taiwan Exchange filing.
The acquisition is intended to expand manufacturing capacity, it said.
