InSilico Medicine (HKG:3696) expanded its collaboration with China Medical System (HKG:0867, SGX:8A8) to jointly develop innovative drugs for central nervous system diseases, according to a Monday filing with the Hong Kong bourse.
Under the agreement, InSilico will combine its artificial intelligence drug discovery platform with CMS' research and development capabilities and therapeutic expertise to advance the programs.
InSilico said it is eligible to receive milestone payments of up to 1.20 billion yuan, plus royalties based on net sales under the collaboration.
