PDS Enters SaaS Contract with Sourcing Unit of Global Supermarket

PDS (NSE:PDSL, BOM:538730) entered into a multi-year SaaS contract with the global sourcing wing of a French-headquartered global supermarket, according to a Monday Indian bourse filing.

Under the contract, expected to begin Nov. 1, the global fashion supply chain solutions company will manage and operate the retailer's textile sourcing operations across Bangladesh, Pakistan, India, Sri Lanka, and Turkey.

The company will do this through the provision of end-to-end sourcing, supply chain services, and support for the retailer's textile sourcing strategy.

PDS expects to manage apparel sourcing with a value of over $250 million of FOB volume annually.
