Jones Ventures INTL Acquisition1 (JONE) has priced its initial public offering of 20 million units at $10 apiece for gross proceeds of $200 million, the blank-check company said late Monday, with each unit consisting of one Class A share and one right to receive one-eighth of a Class A share.
The underwriters have been granted a 45-day option to purchase up to an additional 3 million units to cover over-allotments.
The units are expected to begin trading Tuesday on the Nasdaq Global Market under the ticker "JONEU." The underlying securities will later trade separately under "JONE" for the stock and "JONER" for the rights.
