FB Financial, Smith Micro Software And 3 Stocks To Watch Heading Into Monday

With U.S. stock futures trading lower this morning on Monday, some of the stocks that may grab investor focus today are as follows:

  • Wall Street expects FB Financial Corp. (NYSE:FBK) to post quarterly earnings of $1.15 per share on revenue of $177.99 million after the close, according to data from Benzinga Pro. FB Financial shares fell 0.1% to $56.60 in after-hours trading.
  • Smith Micro Software Inc. (NASDAQ:SMSI) announced it filed a prospectus for an offering of 487,349 shares on behalf of a selling shareholder. Smith Micro Software shares gained 0.8% to close at $2.68 on Friday.
  • LogProstyle Inc. (NYSE:LGPS) is projected to report earnings results for the full fiscal year ended March 31, before the opening bell today. LogProstyle shares gained 4.4% to close at $0.83 on Friday.

  • Veraxa Biotech AG (NASDAQ:VRXA) named Carl von Halem as interim chief financial officer and successor to Torsten Bürgermeister. Veraxa Biotech shares dipped 11.3% to close at $2.20 on Friday.
  • Q32 Bio Inc. (NASDAQ:QTTB) said it will report 36-week topline results from Part B of the SIGNAL-AA Phase 2a clinical trial on Monday. Q32 Bio shares tumbled 11% to close at $11.21 on Friday.
