Southern Cross Gold Consolidated Intersects High-Grade Gold Mineralization at Victoria's Redcastle Project

Southern Cross Gold Consolidated (ASX:SX2) intersected high-grade gold mineralization during recent drilling at its Redcastle Project in Victoria, according to a Wednesday Australian bourse filing.

The results were up to 26.2 grams per tonne gold over 0.14 meters from 112.98 meters and 15.4 grams per tonne gold over 0.22 meters from 321.8 meters at the Laura prospect, the filing added.

The company said 11 drill rigs are now operational across the 10-kilometer strike at Sunday Creek, with two rigs dedicated to targets outside the core drill area of up to 8 kilometers to the east, as the company advances its 200,000-meter drill program through to the first quarter of 2027, with results pending from 71 holes.
