For users with access to regular charging, the range extender may rarely need to operate during daily commutes.\n\n\nJoin us on \nTelegram\n or \nGoogle News\n\n\nXiaomi previously disclosed that the Sky Nomad lineup offers a maximum all-electric range of 380 km under the WLTC cycle, which is considered closer to real-world driving conditions, as well as a minimum charge-depleted fuel consumption of 5.7 L/100 km.\nThe company later confirmed that the maximum range exceeds 500 km under the CLTC cycle, which has a lower average speed and more closely reflects urban commuting conditions in China.\nWLTC covers a broader range of conditions, including urban, suburban and highway driving, while CLTC has a lower average speed and typically produces higher all-electric range figures.\nThis also marks Xiaomi's first expansion from an all-BEV lineup into extended-range vehicles.
