Its starting price, including the battery pack, is 382,800 yuan ($56,520), 5.9% lower than that of the 3-row versions.\nUnder Nio's BaaS (battery as a service) battery rental program, the five-seat ES8 starts at 274,800 yuan.\nWith the addition of the five-seat version, the ES8 lineup now offers a complete range of five-, six- and seven-seat configurations. Together with the ES9 executive flagship, which was launched in May with a starting price of 498,000 yuan, Nio has built a product portfolio covering the premium large-SUV market.\nThe third-generation ES8 is a high-margin model and a key contributor to Nio's recent financial turnaround.
